Job Summary
Collect and process paper, cardboard, and plastic waste from production lines by operating balers and compactors safely and efficiently. Move recyclable materials using pallet jacks or forklifts while maintaining clean production and warehouse areas. Empty trash containers, support facility housekeeping, and complete required records to report equipment or safety concerns. Assist with production support tasks as assigned. Full-time, 2/2/3 rotational shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
