Baler Operator

Job Summary
Operate industrial balers, shredders, and conveyors while inspecting and using required safety equipment in compliance with company standards. Weigh and stack finished bales into designated inventory areas, keeping unfinished stock organized and maintaining a clean work zone. Perform basic maintenance and repairs on machinery and maintain accurate weekly logs. Assist warehouse teams on special projects and execute other duties as directed by management. Shift runs 5 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage. Requires active forklift certification, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 300 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or equivalent practical experience)
- Active Forklift Operator Certification
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, procedures, and manuals
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Shift schedule 5 am - 3 pm, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday if needed
- Regularly lift/move up to 40lbs, frequently up to 50lbs, and move up to 300lbs using proper equipment
- Able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, and balance throughout shifts
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date
