Bale Room Technician

Job Summary
Bale Room Attendant will operate and maintain bale room equipment and handle bale room waste; requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift license, and the ability to work a Monday–Thursday night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with 36 hours/week, overtime eligibility, and a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED/HiSET
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn the job and perform work productively and safely
- Reliable; good attendance
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Continuous standing; walking; stooping; overhead reaching
- Must wear hearing protection and safety shoes
- Overtime as needed and team-oriented
- Shift: Monday–Thursday evenings, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; 36 hours/week
