Job Summary
Operates tractor/trailer according to Company Policies, DOT Guidelines, and applicable traffic laws; conducts pre- and post-trip inspections; secures cargo on trailer; delivers products per manifest; at customer locations opens/closes curtains and doors for unloading; scans product tags and visually inspects unload; obtains customer signatures for proof of delivery; maintains clean/functional equipment and uses Mobile Electronic Onboard Recording device; attends safety meetings; must be able to pull trailer curtains and secure load; must obtain a DOT medical card and pass a Work-Well Physical Abilities test at time of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18- months verifiable tractor trailer commercial driving experience within the past 3 years
- Over the Road drivers - 2 years verifiable tractor trailer commercial driving experience within the past 3 years
- Current Class A CDL
