Job Summary
Own discrete, high-priority projects end to end, from problem definition through solution design to implementation across product, operations, and business functions. Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on the company's most pressing priorities, providing analysis, recommendations, and hands-on execution. Partner with engineering, product, finance, compliance, and business teams to drive outcomes that cut across organizational boundaries. Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and inform strategic decisions at the leadership level. Design and document scalable processes, frameworks, and operational playbooks as the company grows. Represent Bakkt with partners, customers, and stakeholders where needed, exercising sound judgment in high-stakes settings.
Required Qualifications
- 0–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment — startups, consulting, investment banking, or a top technology company
- Graduate of IIT, IIM, or a top engineering or product program in India (or equivalent demonstrated excellence)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate across technical and business domains
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Capable of making calls without a playbook
- Must successfully pass a post-offer background check and drug screen
