Job Summary
Baking Assistant II needed in Cedar Circle Farm's kitchen for a seasonal, May–December role. Assist the Head Baker with mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods; measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes; help maintain inventory; ensure baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation; maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety guidelines; check in daily with the Head Baker to review tasks and production goals; assist with additional baking tasks as needed. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work 5 days per week (including weekends if needed). Professional kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn, follow recipes precisely, and communicate effectively with the baking team is essential.
