Job Summary
Teach and mentor Baking & Pastry Arts students through hands-on, student-centered instruction. Deliver practical, engaging lessons using instructional technology and LMS to support learning outcomes; assess student performance with varied evaluation methods; participate in scheduled University activities; stay current in subject matter through professional development; and perform other duties as assigned. Requires an associate's degree in baking and pastry arts or culinary arts (bachelor's preferred) and 2-3 years of industry experience; teaching experience preferred. Strong oral and written communication, ability to adapt to different learning styles, and solid time management and attention to detail are essential; experience with distance learning or LMS is preferred.
