Bakery Team Member

Engage guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions while maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items. Merchandise and stock specialty items throughout the store, ensuring nearby guests receive assistance, and gather shopping carts from the parking lot. Perform general housekeeping duties and present yourself professionally in adherence to uniform standards. This role supports The Fresh Market's mission to make everyday eating extraordinary across all departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End.
