Bakery Team Member

Engage guests to learn their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions while maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items. Merchandise and stock specialty items throughout the store, ensuring nearby guests are assisted, and gather shopping carts from the parking lot to handle general housekeeping duties. Present yourself professionally in adherence to uniform standards across all departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. This role supports The Fresh Market's mission of making everyday eating extraordinary for guests.
