Job Summary
Stock and merchandise bakery displays to ensure a full, fresh, and visually appealing assortment. Package and label baked goods accurately according to Plum Market standards. Assist with receiving deliveries, backstock organization, and product rotation to maintain freshness. Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe workspaces throughout the shift. Provide friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Customer Service in the Bakery department. Follow all sanitation, safety, and labeling procedures in compliance with company and health department guidelines. Build seasonal displays and promotional setups while collaborating with Team Members to meet daily department goals. Uphold all Plum Market policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal communication and team collaboration skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, push/pull carts up to 100 lbs., and stand or walk for up to 4 hours without a break
- Enthusiasm for the Bakery environment and Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- You model and provide exceptional Customer Service
- You are reliable, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- You are eager to learn and grow within the Bakery department
