Bakery Shift Leader

Maintain the overall appearance of the bakery department, ensuring fresh product levels are sustained and items are well-merchandised in innovative displays. Proactively approach customers to assist them in locating products, provide meal solution suggestions, and answer questions about bakery offerings. Understand product quality at peak perfection, utilizing production guides, job aids, and core recipes to ensure consistent outcomes. Assist in ordering and inventory processes to control inventory and shrink. This role requires morning, afternoon, or evening shifts including weekends, with a pay range of $17.50 to $18 per hour.
