Prepare bakery products for store customers by combining measured ingredients, managing dough rising, and operating mixers, ovens, and proofers. Check finished goods for quality, identify damaged or expired items, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Perform heavy lifting of ingredient bags and bowls while ensuring all equipment meets health and safety regulations before and after each shift. This state-approved Food Handler certification is required prior to employment.
