Job Summary
Provide a pleasant bakery experience through welcoming, hospitality-driven service; actively engage guests, discuss promotions and product recommendations, and perform essential bakery department duties such as labeling, dating, shelf organization, and basic machinery operation. Responsibilities include greeting guests, suggesting items, offering samples, handling special orders with accuracy and timeliness, assisting with merchandising and seasonal promotions, mentoring new associates, and ensuring compliance with safety, food-handling, and company policies. The role emphasizes customer service, sales support, and teamwork to promote store growth and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid State Food Handlers Permit
- Valid Driver's License or State I.D. Card

- Bakery Skills Training levels One, Two, and Three
- Food Handler’s Safety Training
- HIPAA Training
- Late Night Retail Safety Training
- Yoke’s Safety Orientation Training / Active Shooter
