Keep the bakery department stocked and appealing while greeting customers, answering product questions, and resolving concerns with a positive attitude. Take orders in person or by phone, determine customer preferences for size and flavor, and set up special-order tables during peak hours. Build displays, ensure merchandise is fresh and properly priced, and handle spoiled or damaged items according to company standards.
