Bakery Sales Associate

Keep the bakery department stocked and appealing while greeting customers, answering product questions, and resolving concerns with a positive attitude. Take orders over the phone or in person, determine customer preferences for size and flavor, and set up special-order tables during peak hours. Build bakery displays, ensure merchandise is fresh and properly priced, and handle spoiled or damaged product per company standards. Maintain general sanitation, follow cleaning schedules, and dispose of trash properly. Assist with production logs, receiving deliveries, unloading via power jack, storing items, and baling cardboard. Cooperate with co-workers to ensure smooth department function and minimize shrink.
