Bakery Sales Associate

Keep the bakery department stocked and appealing while greeting customers, answering product questions, and resolving concerns with a positive attitude. Take orders in person or over the phone, determine customer preferences for size and flavor, and set up special-order tables during peak hours. Build display cases, ensure merchandise is fresh and properly priced, and handle spoiled or damaged items according to company procedures. Maintain general sanitation and cleaning schedules to meet health and OSHA requirements, and assist with receiving deliveries, storing stock, and minimizing shrink. Adhere to production logs, approved recipes, and the use of required PPE.
