Job Summary
Bakery Production Worker needed to support fast-paced bread production. Tasks include manual labor to grasp, lift, move, place, and stack items; identify, count, sort, and visually inspect bakery items; record product analysis data as required by SQF procedures; maintain workflow on production conveyors; and adhere to Franz Core Values. Must be flexible to work any day or shift (Day/Swing/Graveyard) per union bid process; workplace is a 24/7 production facility with high-temperature environments. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in similar production line duties preferred
- Ability to work any day including holidays and any shift
- Must join union within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work in high temperature environment
- Able to learn new tasks and work in different jobs as needed
