Job Summary
Follow the Manufacturing schedule for maximum yield and productivity by using formulas, scaling product, preparing mixes, baking product, and finishing merchandise including par-baked items. Monitor quality, control expenses, and maintain sanitation and housekeeping standards while preparing bakery items for sale. Handle repetitive lifting up to 70# occasionally to 100#. Schedule 35+ hours weekly including nights and weekends based on department needs. Available for training if preferred experience as a production apprentice or helper is lacking.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of scratch bakery operations
- thorough knowledge of scratch bakery operations
- Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week
