Job Summary
Prep, bake, package, and label hundreds of baked goods daily for shipment to stores, including mixing, scaling, benching dough, and operating kitchen machinery like ovens, proofers, and slicers. Lift and stack flour, load carts and racks, transfer products to refrigeration and freezers, and palletize while maintaining a clean, sanitary environment. Work in extremely cold conditions adhering to proper food handling techniques. Full-time position with industry-leading wages, zero premium cost health benefits, and paid time off. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess basic math skills
- Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read recipes, basic instructions, schedules and signage
- Excellent communication skills
- A sense of urgency while paying attention to details
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- A positive attitude is essential!
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
