Job Summary
Greet guests with accurate, timely service while managing order guides, reducing shrink, and ensuring pricing integrity. Direct team members on receiving, stocking, and merchandising goods that follow TFM standards, and handle, slice, and prepare specialty breads, pastries, and meal solutions throughout the day. Coach and train staff on-the-job to maintain excellent guest service in a safe environment. Requires 3 years of management experience in grocery retail or culinary fields, ability to read planograms, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Flexible schedule includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of management experience in grocery retail, restaurant, baking, and/or culinary experience
- Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics of the department for merchandising
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be at least 18 years old
- willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
