Job Summary
Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store by ordering and maintaining inventory, validating received orders, and managing team production and stocking to ensure product quality and date-sensitive rotation. Execute the weekly Flight Plan, manage labor control and payroll expenses, and develop department goals and forecasts. Train associates, handle performance management, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment while strictly adhering to food safety guidelines and corrective actions. Participate in daily huddles, manager meetings, and district communications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Required) or Equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Ability to work in a varied temperature environment
- Ability to be exposed to outside weather conditions
- Ability to communicate in Spanish (depending on company location)
