Job Summary
Lead day-to-day department operations in a retail store by ordering and maintaining inventory, validating received orders, and managing team stocking, production, and date-sensitive rotation. Execute weekly and period Flight Plans, implement work schedules, and oversee labor control, overtime, and payroll expenses. Handle staffing, training, performance management, and career development for associates while monitoring department goals and forecasts. Maintain a clean, stocked department and ensure strict adherence to food safety, safety guidelines, and corrective actions. Communicate daily huddles, manager meetings, and district/company meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- GED
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Ability to work in a varied temperature retail store environment
- Ability to be exposed to outside weather conditions
- Ability to work in a low to moderate noise level environment
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
