Job Summary
Bakery Manager responsible for the efficient and fiscally responsible operation of the bakery department, leading, coaching and developing staff to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to food safety protocols and SOPs. Manages budgets, labour costs, inventory, product presentation and merchandising, and drives customer loyalty and department performance through leadership, training, performance management, and compliance with company policies. Requires strong communication, product knowledge, and ability to analyze financials and promote department growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 18 months of retail store experience, particularly in the specific department
