Job Summary
The Bakery Manager is responsible for directing and supervising all functions of the bakery department, including following merchandising plans, maintaining inventory control, overseeing baking and production, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Key responsibilities include scheduling and supervising employees, monitoring product quality, greeting customers, and maintaining positive employee relations. Must have strong communication skills, math skills, and ability to lift weights, along with hand dexterity for bagging and packaging.
