Job Summary
The Bakery Manager directs and supervises all functions of the bakery department, responsible for leadership, merchandising plans, inventory control, product quality, and asset control of commercial bread. The role includes enforcing policies related to receiving and product rotation, scheduling and supervising employees, compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, monitoring product quality, training new employees, and maintaining positive customer service. Must be capable of cake decorating.
