Job Summary
Direct all Bakery Deli employees while maintaining proper signage, rotating inventory, and ensuring pricing integrity with the Pricing Coordinator. Manage team scheduling, monitor sales and labor, and process credits from AWG and vendors. Train staff on safe food handling, enforce dress code and company policies, and report any missing safety equipment. Handle physical demands including lifting 60 lb. boxes and using sharp instruments. Ensure clean, friendly service in a medium-paced environment requiring good vision and dexterity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must have the ability to stoop
- Must have the ability to kneel
- Must have the ability to reach
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
