Job Summary
Oversee baking, frosting, utility, crafting, and guest service departments while managing a team of 15-25 employees. Lead operations in both front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily functions, maintaining cleanliness, and ordering ingredients weekly. Coach team members, manage schedules, and handle guest interactions to uphold brand standards. Spearhead marketing efforts, coordinate events, and monitor financial performance to hit COGS and labor goals. Complete required reports and trackers accurately. Manage high-volume days and holiday events with adequate staffing and inventory. Work flexible shifts, including holidays and any day/time needed, with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
