Job Summary
Manage a team of 15-25 employees across baking, frosting, utility, crafting, and guest service departments, ensuring smooth front and back-of-house operations. Lead onboarding, coaching, and training for new hires while maintaining high standards for product quality and guest service. Oversee weekly ingredient ordering, inventory management, and sales transactions to hit COGS and labor percentage goals. Spearhead marketing efforts, coordinate events, and complete all required operational reports. Work independently to manage shift coverage, handle high-volume days during holidays, and solve bakery problems autonomously. Requires availability Monday-Sunday, including holidays, with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
