Job Summary
Bakery Manager leads and coordinates the bakery operations at Nothing Bundt Cakes, overseeing baking, frosting, decorating, and guest service while managing employee scheduling, training, and cross-training to maintain high quality standards and exceptional guest service. The role emphasizes team leadership, safety, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring a positive, efficient, and customer-focused bakery environment. The position requires strong communication, a proactive, service-oriented attitude, and the ability to drive sales and operational excellence across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Understanding of and ability to assist in implementing a team approach
- Solid understanding of Guest Service
- Some management experience in retail is a plus
- Cash register skills
- Some merchandising skills helpful
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills
- Computer skills: 60 wpm, general computer knowledge, some Microsoft skills
