Job Summary
Supervise, schedule, and assign duties to team members while setting and achieving highest standards for bakery operations. Provide exceptional customer service, interview, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team with minimized turnover. Manage inventory and pricing to meet margin and labor targets, ensuring compliance with health, sanitation, and safe work procedures. Operate and sanitize all equipment properly. Requires 1-2 years of bakery management experience, strong analytical skills for profitability monitoring, and availability for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in bakery management
- At least 1-2 years
- Analytical ability and proficiency in math
- Passion and appreciation for Scratch Baking
- Comprehensive Bakery product knowledge
- Clear and effective communicator
- Strong ability to work with others in a team setting
- Enjoys mentoring others
- Strong organizational skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Local candidates only
- Must be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs
