Bakery Manager

Maintain positive customer relations, organize daily bakery duties, and train bakery employees. Log and process invoices, take inventory, and control expenses while enforcing company policies. Handle general housekeeping and coordinate wedding cake or product deliveries as needed. You must be 18 years or older, be a strong leader with excellent people skills, and possess scratch baking or previous management experience.
