Job Summary
Bakery Manager in Training role for internal candidates. Responsibilities include training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Grocery associates; overseeing Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen operations; supervising the store in the absence of Store Director or Assistant Store Director; ensuring compliance with government and company regulations; work in a store environment with exposure to cold temperatures and potential hazards; fast-paced role requiring multitasking and maintaining customer service standards. Requires ability to solve problems, perform basic arithmetic, follow instructions, and adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
