Bakery Manager in Training for Internal Candidates responsible for training, coaching, and supervising Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen teams; oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director or Assistant Director; ensure compliance with Government and Company regulations; maintain high customer service standards in a fast-paced store environment with exposure to cold storage and related hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with multiple variables
- Ability to perform simple arithmetic
- Ability to understand and follow written, verbal or demonstrated instructions
- Visual requirements including color vision and depth perception
- Ability to read box and shelf tag descriptions
- Must be able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
