Bakery Manager - Coles Supermarkets - Mango Hill

Manage the day-to-day running of the bakery department with full accountability, ensuring the store remains exceptionally presented and engaging for customers, team members, and the local community. Lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements while maintaining excellent department standards through monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
