Job Summary
Check the daily bake plan, lead bakery clerks through morning huddles, and manage production from proofing to sales floor execution. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization while building attention-grabbing displays and supporting customer special requests. Partner with store leadership on promotions and seasonal items, ensuring product freshness and department readiness. This onsite role at Brookhaven Market's Mokena, IL store requires supervisory experience, knowledge of baking techniques and inventory control, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $20–$23/hour with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and employee discounts.
