Job Summary
Manage daily department operations and sales while leading and engaging your team to support growth. Ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience by delivering outstanding service and maintaining a diverse, inclusive workforce. Lead team members in bakery or meat departments, utilizing specific processing tools and baking expertise where applicable. Act with integrity and pride to drive departmental success within the Albertsons Companies retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Prior experience leading others
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
- History of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
- Use of time and resources efficiently and effectively
- Acting with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out
- 1 year or more of experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat
- Previous experience working in a meat department
- Experience with various meat processing tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools)
- Willingness to obtain certifications as required
