Job Summary
Lead and oversee daily bakery operations, drive production and budget objectives, ensure product quality, and provide outstanding customer service. Coach and develop associates, maintain compliance with company policies and food safety standards, stock and support production as needed, and embody a friendly, knowledgeable presence to create an exceptional in-store bakery experience. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential to inspire the team and deliver consistent, high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a bakery or retail bakery team preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage production, inventory, and quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and company policies

- Budget awareness and cost-control mindset
