Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift, keeping service and operations running smoothly across the storefront and kitchen. Coach and train associates to meet quality and hospitality standards, while creating memorable guest experiences and resolving issues in the moment. Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and health standards, and help open or close the store on time. This hands-on leadership role prepares you for store management. You'll work full-time hours, including holidays and weekends, earning $17.75 hourly with access to medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Availability of ~30+ hours per week, including holidays, weekends and holidays

- 6+ months of restaurant, food service, or retail experience preferred
