Job Summary
Backup the department manager and oversee operations successfully during their absence. Master Standard Operating Procedures covering merchandising, order guides, scheduling, profit contribution, people development, and customer service. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. This role supports the bakery team by ensuring daily standards are met and staff are guided through complex tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Backup the department manager and oversee the department successfully in the manager's absence
- Mastering the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) including merchandising, order guides, scheduling, contribution to profit, people development and customer service
- Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
