Job Summary
Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior while pricing, dating, and wrapping all bakery products. Fill, arrange, rotate, and merchandise displays and cases to maintain attractive presentations and increase sales. Recognize product quality, distinguish between items, and receive special orders using suggestive selling methods. Maintain product quality and cost control to maximize profits and minimize losses. Comply with all company policies and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct. Continually strive to build knowledge and skills through training and education of self and other team members.
