Job Summary
Bakery/Deli Cook responsibilities include supervising food service department operations, staffing, price maintenance, policies/procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals, cleanliness, and safe equipment use. Performs replenishment and inventory processes (ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, returns), adheres to food safety guidelines in production and packaging, maintains department cleanliness, and follows safety procedures. Demonstrates problem solving, safety/quality orientation, and relationship-building with team members. Delivers excellent customer service aligned with Harps’ SMILE Program. Requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks; adheres to attendance and dress code; completes multiple duties as assigned. Employment at Harps may be contingent upon background checks and drug screens.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
