Job Summary
Prepare and produce bakery/deli products per production and program plans, then package, label, and merchandise items according to flight plans. Stock backroom cases and buckets while rotating and dating inventory. Work independently to ensure financial best interests and guest experience guidelines are met, while notifying the bakery/deli manager of supply needs. Notify the Bakery/ Deli Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered. Follow all PPE, safety, food safety, and cleaning expectations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (GED) preferred
- One year of retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail Oriented
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- The associate is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- The associate may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Employee is subject to a typical retail store environment (varied temperatures)
- Employee is exposed to outside weather conditions
- Travel requirements vary by assignment
