Job Summary
Greet all customers, respond to inquiries, and fulfill special orders or requests while resolving complaints. Take customer orders, write tickets, and prepare items like cookies, pies, and brownies using recipes. Serve food, beverages, or pastries, wrap menu items, and label products using scales. Replenish displays, review orders for completeness, and contact managers for out-of-stock items. Adhere to safety, health, and security rules including HACCP and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean environment and present a professional image. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends with consistent attendance.
