Job Summary
Greet customers and ensure they locate products, answering questions and making suggestions while maintaining department cleanliness and back room standards. Properly handle products and equipment per food safety guidelines, replenish bakery cases by rotating items and following code dating procedures, and accurately record special orders. Unload deliveries to maintain cooler and freezer efficiency. Manage other team members on the sales floor to build lifelong customer relationships and exceed their needs.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 6 months experience
- No High School diploma required
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be a team player
- Must have the drive to grow your career in leadership
- Must have the ability to inspire those around you
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to greet customers and ensure they are able to locate the products they are looking for
- Must have sufficient knowledge to answer questions and make suggestions to customers
- Must be able to properly handle products and equipment in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines

- Must be able to accurately record special orders on bakery items
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness of department and work area
- Must be able to assist in maintaining bakery cooler and freezer efficiency by unloading deliveries
