Job Summary
Prepare and package all baked goods, assisting the manager in baking, pricing, and merchandising cookies, bread, and muffins. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area by cleaning shelves, removing hazardous debris, and ensuring floors are free of spills. Stock, fill, and face products while verifying pricing accuracy and discarding outdated or spoiled items. Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy of temperature and quality. Answer phones, take special orders, and operate equipment including knives, scales, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform general housekeeping and sanitize work areas including tables, floors, and coolers.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Bakery experience

- Be dependable and reliable

- Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Food Handlers permit
