Job Summary
Prepare and package all baked goods, including cookies, bread, and muffins, while assisting the Bakery Manager in pricing and merchandising. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area by removing hazardous debris, sweeping floors, and sanitizing equipment. Stock, fill, and face products to ensure pricing accuracy, examine rotation, and discard outdated or spoiled items. Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy of temperature and quality, while answering phones and taking special orders. Operate knives, scales, wrappers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to weigh and label products.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Bakery experience

- Food Handlers permit
