Job Summary
Prepare and package all baked goods, including cookies, bread, and muffins, while assisting the Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and ensuring product rotation. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area by cleaning shelves, removing hazardous debris, and sanitizing equipment. Stock, fill, and face products with accurate pricing, inspect shipments for temperature and quality, and discard outdated or spoiled items. Answer phones, take special orders, and operate tools such as knives, scales, and pallet jacks. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while holding a Food Handlers permit. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for up to three hours continuously. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Bakery experience
