Job Summary
Prepare and package baked goods, assist the manager in baking, pricing, and merchandising items, and ensure all bakery products are properly presented. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary area by sweeping floors, removing hazardous debris, and sanitizing equipment. Stock, fill, and face products while verifying pricing accuracy and discarding outdated or spoiled items. Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality. Answer phones, take special orders, and perform general housekeeping. Operate knives, scales, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a Food Handlers permit.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Bakery experience

- Be dependable and reliable

- Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- Food Handlers permit
