Job Summary
Prepare and package all baked goods, including cookies, bread, and muffins, while assisting the Bakery Manager in pricing and merchandising. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area by cleaning shelves, removing hazardous debris, and ensuring floors are free of spills. Stock, fill, face, and verify pricing accuracy on all products, discarding outdated or spoiled items. Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature, and quality. Answer phones, take special orders, and operate equipment such as knives, scales, and pallet jacks. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a Food Handlers permit.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Bakery experience
