Job Summary
Prepare and package baked goods including cookies, bread, and muffins while assisting the Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and product rotation. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area by cleaning shelves, removing hazardous debris, and ensuring floors are free of spills. Stock, fill, and face products while verifying pricing accuracy and discarding outdated or spoiled items. Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy of temperature and quality. Answer phones and take special orders while adhering to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations. Operate knives, scales, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years Bakery experience
